Director of Community Engagement
Cultural Caravan
Helen Masvikeni serves as the connective force between Cultural Caravan and its community partners, cultivating relationships that center collaboration, access, and cultural exchange. An international visual artist, photographer, and musician originally from Harare, Zimbabwe, her work is rooted in storytelling and the power of human connection.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning video, theater, and film—including experience within a leading regional performing arts institution—Helen brings both creative depth and strategic insight to her role. She also works as a literary agent, with a background in business and marketing, allowing her to bridge artistic vision with sustainable growth.
Through her Conversational Hub events and broader programming, Helen creates intentional spaces for dialogue around social and human issues, amplifying underrepresented voices and fostering meaningful engagement.
Now based in Colorado, she is passionate about building ecosystems where artists and communities not only meet, but grow together
